Self-Exclusion
If you feel you are at risk of developing a gambling problem or believe you currently have a gambling problem, you can register with the Pennsylvania Self-Exclusion Register managed by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) This will allow you to self-exclude for a specified period of 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Self-Exclusion prevents you from gambling with bet365 and all licensees operating in Pennsylvania for your selected period of time.
You may also enroll by scheduling an appointment at a PGCB office or by visiting a PGCB office located at a licensed facility.
For further details on how to enroll on to the PGCB please click here.
If you have registered your Self-Exclusion directly with the PGCB, this will become effective with bet365 and all other Licensees in Pennsylvania once they have been notified by the PGCB.
If you want to stop playing for other reasons, please consider a Time-Out or using Account Closure.
What happens when you self-exclude?
During a period of Self-Exclusion you will not be able to log in or use your account, and it will not be possible to re-open your account for any reason. bet365 will do all it can to prevent new accounts being opened.
Once your Self-Exclusion period has expired, you will need to contact the PGCB to request re-activation.
